The context

The existing architecture ran individual processes on virtual machines. The work called for a more manageable operational setup, alongside continued development of the trading application, ERP and supporting infrastructure.

My contribution

As CTO, I combined technology leadership with hands-on application development, architecture modernization and system operations.

  • Developed a React Native mobile application for commodity and forex trading.
  • Developed and maintained the ERP and distributed infrastructure spanning multiple cloud providers and regions.
  • Built CI/CD pipelines using infrastructure as code.
  • Handled operational incidents and prepared technical postmortems.
